How to get an Autodesk invoice

An Autodesk invoice is in your Autodesk account under Billing and Orders. Sign in with the account that made the purchase, open Order History, select the order and click the three-dot icon. In the United States or Canada choose View Order Details Email; elsewhere choose Tax Invoice where offered, then select Print on the invoice screen.
The confirmation email is a receipt too
Autodesk treats the order confirmation email as your purchase receipt or invoice. When a subscription auto-renews, you get a confirmation email each time you are billed. Save those emails even if you also print from the account, since they are the quickest copy to forward to a bookkeeper.
Invoice, receipt or credit note
- Invoice: the billing document for accounting or tax purposes.
- Receipt: confirms the payment went through.
- Credit note: records a credit or refund against an earlier invoice.
Invoices can take up to 24 hours to appear after a purchase.
Open and paid invoices on net terms
If your company pays by invoice on net payment terms, the Invoices and credit memos tab lists open, paid and canceled invoices, shows credits you can apply and lets you pay from there. The Summary and Upcoming payments views flag what is due in the next 30 to 90 days.
Company name and address on the invoice
Under Customer details, edit the company name and address. Autodesk uses them to calculate tax at checkout and renewal, and prints them on invoices and receipts. Correct them before the next renewal if your accountant needs the legal business name on each invoice.
When Billing and Orders is missing
If you do not see Billing and Orders after signing in, you are in a managed environment and the purchaser or admin handles billing. What each person can see also depends on role and region. Ask whoever bought the subscription to download the invoice for you.
Autodesk renewals filed without chasing the admin
AutoCAD and Revit seats renew on different dates, and the invoice often sits in one admin's account. Connect that Autodesk login and our AI agent signs in to collect each invoice from Billing and Orders through bill fetching. Renewal confirmation emails are saved by email receipt capture, and software costs can be split by team on expense reports.
