How to get a Houzz Pro invoice

Houzz Pro subscription invoices are under Settings. Click the Settings icon in the left-hand menu, choose Subscriptions, and click Download Invoices. The same page shows your current plan, including ad and lead subscriptions billed to your company.
Your Houzz Pro bill, not your client's
Houzz Pro is also the tool many remodelers and designers use to invoice homeowners, which makes it easy to grab the wrong document. The invoices in Settings, Subscriptions are what Houzz charges your company. The invoices you create under a project are your own sales, and a payment receipt you send a client lives there too. File the subscription invoices as a business expense and the project invoices as income, and your accountant can separate them at a glance.
Downloading subscription invoices
- Open the gear icon labelled Settings in the left-hand navigation.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Review the plan details shown.
- Click Download Invoices.
Changing the card that pays Houzz Pro
Subscription payment details sit on the Account Billing page in Settings. Click Edit Payment Method and follow the prompts. Update it before the old card expires so the next subscription charge goes through.
Company info on your account
The Company Info page in Settings holds your business details for Houzz Pro, including the company address, logo, license number and bid limit. Keep them current so the business named on your account matches the one your accountant books the subscription to.
Invoice lookup and support
Houzz Pro's help pages describe Download Invoices as the way to get past subscription invoices and do not mention a separate lookup. For a missing invoice or a question about a charge, Houzz suggests contacting Houzz Support. Plan changes and cancellation requests start from Manage My Subscriptions on the same Subscriptions page.
Houzz Pro charges filed as marketing and software
A Houzz Pro bill can mix software with advertising and leads, and your accountant may want those split. Connect your Houzz Pro login and our AI agent signs in to download each subscription invoice from Settings through bill fetching. Billing emails from Houzz are saved by email receipt capture, and each charge can be coded on expense reports.
