How to get a Jobber invoice

Your Jobber subscription invoices are PDFs in Account and Billing. On jobber.com, click the gear icon, choose Account and Billing, and look in the Payment History section; select a payment to download its invoice. Receipts for each charge are also emailed to the address entered in your billing details.
Who can open Account and Billing
Only the account owner and admin users can reach the Account and Billing page. That is also where website subscribers change the card, the billing address, the billing cycle and the plan. The date of the next payment shows beneath the card details.
Where receipts go
The email you enter in Billing Details doubles as the receipt address for your Jobber subscription. Point it at a bookkeeping inbox rather than a technician's personal email, and the receipts stop getting lost.
Subscribed through the app
If you subscribed in the Jobber mobile app, Apple or Google bills you and sends the receipts to the email on your app store account. Your payment history is still viewable at jobber.com under Account and Billing, but refunds go through the app store. To switch to annual billing, cancel the mobile subscription before the next billing date and subscribe on jobber.com.
A failed subscription payment
An unpaid invoice is marked with a red icon in Payment History, where you can choose Retry to charge the saved card. Saving new billing details also reruns an outstanding payment.
Jobber Payments processing fees
If you take card payments from clients with Jobber Payments, the fees are reported separately from your subscription. Go to Insights, then Reports, and open the Jobber Payments Transactions List. Turn on the Fee $ column to see what went to fees on each payment, with totals at the bottom; use Receive Excel Copy for a spreadsheet. Payouts are listed on the Payouts tab under Payments, and the 1% instant payout fee appears on its own row.
Jobber subscription and fees filed every month
A field service business pays Jobber twice: the monthly plan, and the processing fees taken from client payments. Connect your Jobber login and our AI agent signs in to download each subscription invoice from Account and Billing through bill fetching. The receipt emails are saved by email receipt capture, and the fee totals from your reports can sit next to them on expense reports.
