How to get a ServiceTitan invoice

ServiceTitan bills your company monthly, and those invoices are under Settings > Your Account > Billing. Set the From and To dates, click Update, and open the Invoices tab, where you can print or download each invoice. Only owners and administrators use this billing page.
Your ServiceTitan bill versus your customers' invoices
Most invoices in ServiceTitan are the ones your technicians create for homeowners. The billing page in Settings is different: it shows what ServiceTitan charges your company for users, managed technicians, phone numbers and other services.
The three billing tabs
- Invoices: invoice number, date, description, total and amount paid. Click a number to expand the details, then Hide to close it.
- Payments: when you paid, how much, the payment method and the balance type, with a link to the invoice behind each payment.
- Transactions: every transaction in the range with amounts, running balance and credits.
All three tabs follow the date range you set, which you can change at any time.
What you are paying for
The My services section on the same page lists account details such as the number of users and managed technicians, the regular and toll-free numbers on your account, and other billing information. A credit balance, if you have one, appears at the top.
Automatic payments
ServiceTitan recommends adding a form of payment so the monthly bill is paid on time automatically, with ACH among the setup options. Automatic payment still leaves an invoice on the Invoices tab each month, and that invoice is the document to file.
Invoice lookup for a past month
Set the From and To dates around the month you need and click Update; the Invoices tab then lists that period. Clicking an invoice number opens its details without leaving the page.
ServiceTitan invoices saved for the office
Seat counts and phone numbers change often in a growing shop, and the monthly ServiceTitan invoice changes with them. Connect an admin login and our AI agent signs in to download each invoice from the Billing page through bill fetching. Billing emails are saved by email receipt capture, and the software cost lands on expense reports with the rest of the office overhead.
