How to get a Jane App invoice

Jane subscription invoices are under Settings > Jane Subscription, on the Billing History tab. There the Account Owner can download each monthly invoice, receipts for past payments, or a statement for a date range using the Statement option at the top right. The Jane Subscription tab only appears when you are signed in as the Account Owner.
Generating a statement
For year-end or an accountant, open the Statement tab in the top right corner of Billing History, choose your dates, scroll to the bottom and select the PDF button to save it. One statement covers what would otherwise be twelve separate invoices.
When Jane bills
- Subscriptions are processed on the first business day of each month.
- Your first invoice can be larger: it includes the current month plus a prorated amount for the previous one.
- License changes mid-month create a prorated invoice or credit; credits apply to the next invoice.
Card and billing email
Jane charges subscriptions to a credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, including debit and prepaid Visa and Mastercard. Cheques and EFT are not accepted. To change the card, the Account Owner clicks Update Credit Card at the top of Jane Subscription. The billing email is the one in the Account Owner's staff profile; update it there.
Jane Payments processing fees
If the clinic takes payments through Jane Payments, open Reports and choose Payments, Refunds and Fees. The Jane Payments processing fees column shows each day's fees, and filtering a full month adds a total row. Staff with Full Access, Front Desk or Administrative/All Billing roles can view it when Access Billing is on.
Invoice lookup by month
Billing History lists every subscription invoice; pick the month you need and download it. Patient receipts are a different thing and come from a patient's billing tab, not from Jane Subscription.
Jane invoices and fee totals ready for your accountant
Clinics pay Jane for licenses and for card processing, and the two records live in different places. Connect the Account Owner login and our AI agent signs in to save each subscription invoice from Billing History through bill fetching. Billing emails from Jane are filed by email receipt capture, and monthly fee totals can be logged beside them on expense reports.
