How to get a Housecall Pro receipt

Housecall Pro subscription receipts come from Billing History. Open Settings with the gear icon in the bottom left, choose Billing under Global Settings, and select the Billing History tab to see My bills. Click the paper plane icon on a charge and Housecall Pro emails the receipt to the Support email address on your Company Profile.
The Billing page
- Plans & Payments: current plan, next billing date, billing notes and a history of charges.
- Billing History: My bills, with a drop-down arrow on the far right of each charge for details.
- Explore Plans: compare and change plans.
Where the receipt goes
The receipt goes to the Support email on your Company Profile, not to the person clicking. If that inbox belongs to a dispatcher, change the Support address or forward the receipts on. They should reach whoever keeps the books.
Card and plan changes
On Plans & Payments, click Add Card or use the three-dot menu on the current card to update it, and tick Set as primary. When you upgrade a monthly plan, the first charge is prorated for the rest of the cycle and the new price starts on the next billing date. Add-ons such as Vehicle Tracking or Pipeline are chosen in the same flow.
Processing fees on customer payments
Processing fees are deducted from the customer payments you take through Housecall Pro, and they are reported apart from your subscription bill. For a record, go to Reporting, then Reports, select Payments, choose dates and click Generate report. The export is emailed to you within an hour as a summary file and a details file; the details file includes Fee Amount and Fee Type for each payment.
Receipt lookup and support
Housecall Pro's help pages describe Billing History as the place for past charges. For billing questions, use the blue chat bubble in your account or call support at (858) 842-5746.
Housecall Pro receipts and fee totals in one place
The subscription receipt shows what Housecall Pro charged; the payments export shows what it kept from your customers. Connect your Housecall Pro login and our AI agent signs in to collect each charge from Billing History through bill fetching. Receipts mailed to the Support inbox are filed by email receipt capture, and both costs can be reviewed together on expense reports.
