SketchUp

SketchUp invoices are emailed to the Account Owner after each purchase, and you can download them again from the Trimble Admin Console. Sign in at accounts.trimble.com with your Trimble ID, open Billing & Payment in the left pane, find the order or invoice, and click the Download icon on its row to get a PDF.

Billing & Payment in the Admin Console

  1. Go to accounts.trimble.com and sign in with your Trimble ID.
  2. Select Billing & Payment in the left pane.
  3. Use Order History if you have the order number, or Invoices if you have the invoice number.
  4. Click Download on the row.

Downloading an order downloads every invoice attached to it. Each invoice line shows the invoice number, creation date, due date where there is one, the total and any balance still owed.

Exporting everything at once

For a full list, click Export in the upper right of the section. Trimble emails you a CSV with all the requested orders or invoices. That file is the fastest way to give an accountant a year of SketchUp charges in one go.

Legacy and reseller orders

Orders placed in older Trimble eCommerce portals do not appear in the Admin Console. Contact SketchUp support with the email used for the order, the approximate date and any other details you have. If a reseller or Trimble sales rep handled the purchase, they can send a copy too.

Invoice lookup by number

The Admin Console is the lookup: search Order History by order number or Invoices by invoice number. There is no public form outside your Trimble ID, which keeps the lookup tied to the account that owns the subscription.

Why the invoice says Trimble

SketchUp is a Trimble product, and billing runs through Trimble accounts. Expect Trimble on the invoice and the card charge, and file both under the same vendor so a SketchUp renewal is not mistaken for another Trimble tool.

SketchUp renewals kept where your designers can find them

Design studios often have one Account Owner holding every SketchUp invoice. Connect that Trimble ID and our AI agent signs in to the Admin Console to download each new invoice through bill fetching. The invoice emails sent to the Account Owner are filed by email receipt capture, and the cost can be split across projects on expense reports.
