How to get a Bluebeam invoice

Bluebeam receipts and invoices are in the Bluebeam Webstore. Log in with your Bluebeam ID and open Order History to see payment history and invoices, or Transaction History for receipts. Bluebeam also emails a receipt once a payment is processed, usually within one business day.
Getting into the Webstore
- Go to bluebeam.com/pricing and select Log In, then Webstore.
- Sign in with the email confirmed as your Bluebeam ID and its password.
- Open Order History or Transaction History from your account.
The purchaser of a plan is an Org Admin by default, which is the role that sees renewals and subscriptions.
Renewal invoices: Auto Charge or Auto Invoice
- Auto Charge (US and Canada): the card on file is charged on the renewal date and an invoice follows.
- Auto Invoice (outside US and Canada): Bluebeam sends an invoice 30 days before expiry for you to pay.
Invoice numbers starting with AC are Auto Charge; those starting with AIN are Auto Invoice. Renewal invoices come by email from billing, and a Pay Online link opens a Stripe payment page; wire transfer and cheque are accepted too.
Invoice lookup when an email is missing
Check spam or junk first, then look in Webstore Order History. US customers can call 866-496-2140 (8am to 8pm ET, Monday to Friday) or email sales@bluebeam.com. If the billing email changed or the company changed hands, email sales@bluebeam.com with the old and new details so invoices reach the right inbox.
Paying by purchase order
Bluebeam takes formal purchase orders sent as an email attachment to its billing team, processed within three business days. Subscriptions are sold on annual billing with Net 30 terms. Refunds are accepted within 30 days of the purchase or invoice date.
Bluebeam invoices kept with each renewal
Revu seats renew once a year, which is long enough for the person who got the invoice to leave the company. Connect the Org Admin's Bluebeam ID and our AI agent signs in to the Webstore to save each receipt and invoice through bill fetching. Billing emails with Pay Online links are filed by email receipt capture, and the annual cost can be spread across projects on expense reports.
