Ricoh

Ricoh USA customers view and pay invoices at MyRicoh (my.ricoh-usa.com). Log in to see open invoices and payment activity, pay one or several invoices, and print, export or view up to 10 invoices combined into a single PDF. New users choose Create an account, or register through the business-unit link that matches the remittance name on their invoice.

What MyRicoh does with invoices

  • Shows open invoices and payment activity.
  • Pays equipment, meter, supplies and field service invoices, in one transaction or several.
  • Combines up to 10 invoices into one PDF to print, export or view.
  • Applies credit balances to unpaid invoices.
  • Logs disputes and tracks the question until it is answered.
  • Sends alerts for invoice due dates.

Registering from your invoice

Find the remittance name on your invoice and click the matching business-unit link on Ricoh's Pay Your Invoice page, then follow Click here to register. If you registered in the past and are asked again, Ricoh's FAQ says to re-register under Ricoh USA, Inc., because accounts were merged into one system.

Invoices financed through Wells Fargo

When the remit-to address reads "Ricoh USA Program provided by Wells Fargo Vendor Financial Services" or similar, do not register on Ricoh's payment site. Use the payment options and contact details printed on that invoice instead.

Paying a Ricoh invoice

Online payments are electronic checks processed by United Tranzactions (UTA), Ricoh's payment partner. They can take 48 to 72 hours to post. Recurring payments are not available through online bill pay; each payment is made by hand. You can also call 1-800-807-1012 for an accounts receivable representative to draft an electronic check, or mail a check with the invoice number and amount. EFT and ACH transfers are reserved for high-volume accounts.

Meter reads

MyRicoh also tracks meter reads, lets you name a primary meter contact and sends reminders. Copier invoices built on meter counts are only as accurate as the reads behind them.

Ricoh invoices without manual payments piling up

With no recurring option, every Ricoh invoice needs a person to open it. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to MyRicoh and saves each new invoice PDF. Due-date alert emails are read by email receipt capture, and lease, meter and supply charges can be broken out per device in reports.
