To get a Pitney Bowes invoice or statement, sign in to the Your Account portal and select Billing, then View and Pay Bills. Filter by Open Bills or Closed Bills and click the PDF icon next to the document. Invoices and statements from the last 18 months are stored online; for older ones, contact Pitney Bowes through chat.
Downloading invoices and statements
- Sign in to Your Account.
- Select Billing, then View and Pay Bills.
- Use the Open Bills or Closed Bills filter.
- Click the PDF icon beside the invoice or statement.
Reserve (deposit) account statements are kept apart: choose Prepaid Statements instead of View and Pay Bills.
Lease, Purchase Power and rental invoices
Pitney Bowes bills under three types: Lease, Purchase Power, and Rental/Supplies/Service. Each has its own bank details and mailing address for payment. Check which type an invoice is before sending money by transfer or check.
Paying online
From Billing, then View & Pay Bills, choose Pay for one bill or Make a Payment for several. Pick the payment date, choose or add a bank account, select the amount, then Review and Submit Payment. Card payments may carry a fee of up to 3%, and Purchase Power does not accept cards. Online payments can take up to 2 business days to post, and anything submitted after 4:30 PM ET is processed the next business day.
AutoPay
Select Billing, then AutoPay, choose Enroll for the account, complete each field and select Enroll Now. AutoPay settles the bill, but the invoice still arrives and remains the document to file.
Bank transfer or check
For ACH or wire transfers, use the bank details for your invoice type and email your remittance details to payment.info@pb.com. A mailed check needs your account number and the payment coupon; allow mailing time plus 3 business days.
Pitney Bowes bills kept past 18 months
Leases often outlast the online window. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to Your Account each month, downloads new invoices and statements from View and Pay Bills and keeps them after they age out. Billing notification emails are read by email receipt capture, and postage and lease costs show per location in reports.
