Invoices in Command Center

Command Center is Sunbelt's rental management platform: you rent equipment, manage jobs, track rentals and pay invoices there. Its dashboards cover billing information, payments, invoices and account history. The My Account menu also has a Billing Summary, the place to look when you need the account picture rather than one invoice.

Saving invoice records

Command Center lets you save payment details, receive payment confirmations, review invoice summaries and keep invoice records by email. For a contractor billing equipment to jobs, the emailed invoice is the copy that goes to the job file.

Paying a Sunbelt invoice

Pay online by credit card or ACH through the secure payment portal linked in Sunbelt's FAQ. To pay from a bank account, log in to your account; the Invite to Pay link below does not take bank payments. Paying online settles the balance, and the invoice stays the record of what was rented.

• Sunbelt sends a secure payment link by email or text. You never read card details over the phone.
• The link is active for 24 hours.
• Debit cards work, except for invoices in arrears.
• Checks and direct bank payments are not accepted through the link.

A charge followed by a reversal

Seeing a card charge and a refund together? Sunbelt says the bank approved it but the payment failed its CVV and ZIP code checks, and the reversal means the invoice is still unpaid. Pay it again with the correct details.

Sunbelt invoices sorted by job

Rentals across several jobs produce a stream of invoices. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to Command Center, downloads new invoices and files them. The invoice records Sunbelt emails are read by email receipt capture, and equipment rental costs per project show in reports.
