How to get a Regus invoice

Regus invoices are in your Regus online account under Billing and Payments, the section for viewing invoices, managing payment methods and updating billing details. Under the IWG terms that cover Regus offices, coworking and virtual offices, every invoice is sent electronically and is due on the date printed on it.
What the online account holds
- Billing and Payments: invoices, payment methods and billing information.
- Document Management: documents related to your account and services, to view and download.
- Products and Services: your subscriptions and add-on services.
- Customer Support: questions about the products you have.

Paying a Regus invoice and automatic payment
The terms list three ways to pay: an automatic payment method, a one-off payment through your online account, or an electronic funds transfer. Automatic payment still leaves an invoice behind each billing period, and that invoice is the document to keep. Invoices may be issued and payments collected by Regus directly or by another company in the IWG group. The issuer name on a PDF can differ from the brand on the door.
Disputes and the service retainer
If part of an invoice is legitimately wrong, the terms ask for immediate written notice and payment of the undisputed amount by the due date, or late fees apply. IWG may ask for a larger service retainer if fees rise on renewal or invoices are often paid late. When the agreement ends, the retainer or remaining balance is returned within 30 days of your request through the online account or app, once the account is settled.
Who answers billing questions
Your online account includes a ticketing service, which Regus calls the fastest route. For a quick answer, the Community Team at your centre can update account details and handle billing queries in person.
Regus invoices kept with the lease file
An office, a virtual office address and meeting room hours can each bring their own Regus invoice. Connect your online account and our AI agent saves every invoice as it is posted, through bill fetching. Electronic invoices that arrive by email are filed by email receipt capture, and the year of workspace costs is ready for tax receipts.
