To get an Office Depot receipt for a store purchase, Rewards members log in, open Rewards Activity and select the transaction's details. Online orders are under Order Tracking and stay there for up to 7 years. Not a member? Use the receipt request form, answered within 48 hours.
Rewards members: store receipts
- Log in on officedepot.com.
- Open your Rewards Activity and search for the transaction.
- Select Details, then the order number.
Not a Rewards member
Use Office Depot's receipt request form, one receipt per form, answered within 48 hours, or call customer service.
Orders from officedepot.com
Registered users select Order Tracking under the Account icon to see every order on the account, then open an order number to view and print its details. Order history is kept on the website for up to 7 years.
Tax-exempt purchasing
Organizations exempt from sales tax submit Office Depot's tax-exempt application with their state certificates. Online orders are taxed until the forms are approved. To recover tax already paid, email Office Depot's tax team with the order number or store receipt and your approved tax-exempt customer ID.
Purchase orders and PO numbers
Paying by purchase order needs a contract business account with account billing. Anyone can add a PO number at checkout in the Additional order information section of the Payment page, which puts your reference on the order for accounts payable.
Office Depot receipts tracked by account
Give your Rewards number at the register and every store purchase lands in Rewards Activity, where our AI agent can sign in and save each receipt with bill fetching, alongside the online orders in Order Tracking. Order confirmation emails can be filed by email receipt capture as they arrive. For a quick cash purchase without your number, a photo in the Smartbills app saves a request form later.
