How to download FedEx invoices

Businesses with a FedEx shipping account get their invoices in FedEx Billing Online. Menu labels vary slightly by country, but the flow is the same.
A PDF copy of one invoice
- Sign in to FedEx Billing Online and open the invoice from your account summary.
- Choose PDF from the download menu and create the download.
- Open the Download Center. The file usually appears within seconds and stays there for 14 days.
You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it.
Several invoices at once
Select up to 10 invoices at a time and download them as one combined PDF for printing, or as a ZIP of separate PDFs for filing.
When a new invoice is ready
FedEx emails a notification when an invoice is issued. Some regions say to allow 24 to 48 hours after that email for the PDF and invoice details to be available.
Paid invoices
Invoice information stays available for 180 days after an invoice is paid in full, under a separate tab for paid items. After that, it is gone from Billing Online. Download what you need for your records.
What to check on a FedEx invoice
Shipping invoices carry adjustments: address corrections, dimensional weight changes, fuel and residential surcharges, duties on international shipments. They are the lines most worth checking before approving the bill, and the reason to keep each invoice rather than the card charge.
FedEx invoices archived past 180 days
The 180-day window and the 14-day download expiry make FedEx a good candidate for bill fetching: connect FedEx Billing Online and our AI agent signs in after each invoice notification, waits for the PDF and saves it, keeping every invoice long after FedEx clears it. The notification emails themselves can be logged by email receipt capture, and the invoices reach accounts payable with surcharges itemized for review.
