Purolator account holders view and download invoices in the Billing Centre. After you register, Purolator sends a welcome email within 48 hours with access.
The Account Summary download
- Log in to the Billing Centre.
- Open the Account Summary page, which shows balances and links to each invoice.
- Select the download icon to the right of the table to get a PDF, then open it to print.
Paid invoices are shown on a separate closed tab, for display only.
How long invoices are kept
The Billing Centre keeps your last 12 months of invoices. Save older ones before they roll off.
Paperless versus paper
Digital invoicing is free; paper invoices carry a per-invoice fee. Paperless billing is set on the Manage Account(s) page.
Freight and International
Purolator Freight and Purolator International invoices can be paid online, but their account and invoice details are not stored in the Billing Centre. Keep those invoices from wherever they are delivered to you.
Shipping costs and GST/HST
Courier invoices carry GST/HST and often fuel surcharges and other adjustments. The invoice is the document that supports the input tax credit and explains why a shipment cost more than quoted.
Purolator invoices saved past twelve months
Twelve months online is half of what many businesses need for audits. Connect your Billing Centre login and our AI agent signs in after each invoice posts, downloads the PDF and records the GST/HST for tax time, through bill fetching. Paperless billing notices can be filed by email receipt capture, which also catches Freight and International invoices that arrive by email.
