Uline

To find a Uline invoice, sign in to your Uline account, go to My Account and choose View and Pay Invoices. To look up a single invoice by its number, use Uline's Find Invoices page. Order History can also be searched, filtered and downloaded for your records.

Sign in first

You need to sign in to your Uline account to view order history, check order status, view invoices and edit account details.

Viewing and paying invoices

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. In the Invoices section, choose View and Pay Invoices.
  3. Open the invoice to see its details, or pay it online.

Signed in, you can pay several invoices at once and see the full details of each.

Looking up one invoice

Uline's Find Invoices page lets you look up a single invoice by its number, handy when an invoice number shows up on a statement or in an email from accounts payable.

Order history

The Order History screen lets you view, search and filter past orders, and download your order history as an Excel or CSV file. A new order can take up to an hour to appear there.

Supplies on account

Many businesses buy from Uline on terms, which means invoices to approve and pay rather than a card charge. Each invoice ties the order, shipment and amount together, which is what three-way matching needs.

Uline invoices captured before they are due

Connect your Uline account and our AI agent signs in, opens View and Pay Invoices and saves each new invoice as it is issued, through bill fetching, giving accounts payable time to approve it before the terms run out. Uline's order and invoice emails can be filed by email receipt capture as well, and card-paid orders feed straight into expense reports.
