Cintas

Cintas, which supplies uniforms, mats, first aid and fire protection services to many businesses, puts invoices and statements in myCintas. Uniform and facility services are usually billed weekly or per delivery, and the invoices pile up fast.

Registering

To register for myCintas you need all of your Cintas account numbers. They are printed on your invoices and statements. Keep one handy. One sign-in covers myCintas, Shop Cintas and Cintas's training services.

Viewing invoices and statements

Once signed in, myCintas lets you view invoices and statements, pay online and submit requests. Invoices are under the invoices and credits link in the top navigation; search for the one you need.

Paying an invoice

Find the invoice in invoices and credits and select pay now to go to the payment page.

Fire protection accounts

Fire protection services use a different login, which shows that account's status, payment history and payment options.

Questions about a Cintas charge

For a question about an invoice or statement, sign in and send a message, contact your local office, or call Cintas's billing support line.

What to check on Cintas invoices

Recurring service invoices can carry changes in garment counts, replacement charges and service fees. Reviewing them weekly is easier than untangling a quarter's worth at once.

Cintas invoices collected week by week

Frequent invoices are where automation pays off most. Connect your myCintas login and our AI agent signs in after each delivery, saves the new invoices from invoices and credits and passes them to accounts payable through bill fetching, with time to question a charge. Cintas billing emails can be filed by email receipt capture as well.
