Canada Post

Since July 2, 2025, Canada Post business customers manage invoices in the Billing and Payments section of their online business profile. It replaced the older Manage My Accounts and Online Business Centre, and you sign in with the same credentials.

The Unpaid and Paid tabs

  1. Sign in to your Canada Post business profile.
  2. Choose Billing and Payments from the main menu.
  3. Open the Unpaid tab, or Paid for invoices with a zero balance.
  4. Filter by date range, or search by invoice number or amount.

Date ranges go back up to 36 months for unpaid invoices and 18 months for paid invoices.

Downloading

Select the dots beside an invoice and choose download for the PDF. To export the list, download a CSV of the current view; it only includes the filtered results. Set the filter first.

Older invoices

Existing customers can still reach archived invoices from before the change through a view a snapshot link. Canada Post will keep that archive until January 1, 2027, after which it goes away. Download anything you need from it before then.

An invoice that does not appear

Contact Canada Post's Credit Management Group. A service fee may apply.

GST/HST on shipping

Postage and shipping for a business carry GST/HST, and the invoice is what supports the input tax credit. CRA asks for the supplier's registration number on purchases of $100 or more.

Canada Post invoices kept past the archive date

With paid invoices visible for only 18 months and the old archive closing, Canada Post is worth automating. Connect your business profile and our AI agent signs in to Billing and Payments, downloads each new invoice PDF and records the GST/HST for tax time, through bill fetching. Invoice notification emails can be filed by email receipt capture as they arrive.
