How to get a Nike receipt

Order history lookup for Members and guests

• Nike Members: sign in on Nike.com and open your order history, or check it in the Nike App.
• Guests: go to nike.com/orders and enter your order number and the email address used on the order.

The order barcode a store asks for is at nike.com/orders and in the app's order history. Ordered through Google? Members can contact Nike to have that order linked to their Membership so it appears in history too. Nike's help line is 1-800-806-6453.

Sixty days to return or exchange

Most Nike purchases can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery or of the store purchase, and returns are free for Members. The exceptions:

• Nike Clearance store purchases are final, and Clearance stores take no returns of any kind.
• Custom Jersey By You soccer jerseys, SNKRS Reserve orders and gift cards cannot be returned.
• Nike x LEGO brick sets must be sealed and unopened.
• Apple Watch accessories go back within 14 days of delivery.

Returning to Nike without a receipt

Nike's return policy states that proof of purchase is required and publishes no rule for a return without it. What it accepts as proof is broader than paper: your order number, the order barcode from your order history, or the original store receipt.

The policy's other terms add that Nike may require and electronically capture information from a valid state or government ID for any return or exchange, keeps a database of return activity to authorize them, and may limit returns with or without receipts for any reason.

Received a Nike gift? Within 60 days, take the item and its proof of purchase to a Nike store and you are refunded on a Nike gift card.

Nike bought at another store

Nike gear bought from another retailer goes back to that retailer, not to a Nike store or to Nike.com.
