A Linen Chest online order is identified by the 8-digit order number in your confirmation email. With that number, your billing last name and the email you ordered with, you can look the order up without an account. For store purchases the original sales receipt matters most, because Linen Chest asks for it on price adjustments and warranty replacements.
Order lookup with Track My Order
Track My Order needs three things: the order number, the billing last name and the email address on the order. Any store accepts returns or exchanges for up to 30 days after you receive the order. Sales tax and credit notes
GST applies to every order shipped in Canada, plus provincial tax in the provinces where Linen Chest has stores: Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Gift cards are not taxed when bought; tax applies when they are redeemed. A credit note stays valid for two years.
