How to get a copy of a Hyatt hotel bill

Recent stays in the app

The World of Hyatt app lets you view and print your recent hotel bills. Digital check-out is not available at every hotel. Where it is not, ask for the folio at the front desk.

The Retrieve Hotel Bill page

1. Go to Hyatt's Retrieve Hotel Bill page and sign in.
2. Enter your name, the hotel, and your arrival and departure dates.
3. Confirm you are the registered guest or a person authorized by whoever is responsible for the charges.

Hyatt requires that authorization before releasing a bill. If an assistant or your company's travel team requests it, they need to be authorized by the person who paid.

Restaurant and spa charges

Meals and spa visits charged to your room appear on the room folio. Charges paid separately at the outlet come with their own receipt, which you need to keep yourself. Only charges on the room folio count toward World of Hyatt points.

A stay missing from World of Hyatt

Allow 2 to 3 weeks after check-out for a stay to appear in your account. If it still does not, file a Past Stay Credit request. Hyatt accepts these for up to one year after check-out.

Monthly account statements

World of Hyatt can email you a monthly account summary if you choose electronic statements in your profile. It shows points activity, not your bill, and does not replace the folio.

Why the folio matters

The folio shows each night, the taxes and anything charged to the room, which is the level of detail a reimbursement policy asks for. A card statement shows one total.

Hyatt bills, retrieved for you
