How to get an Enterprise Rent-A-Car receipt

To get an Enterprise receipt, open Enterprise's past rental receipt search, choose the country and enter your name and driver's licence number as they appear on the rental contract. Receipts appear 48 hours after you return the car and stay online for six months. With Enterprise Plus, a copy is emailed to you automatically.
Searching online
- Open Enterprise's past rental receipt search.
- Choose the country you rented in.
- Enter your name and driver's licence number exactly as they appear on the rental contract.
Receipts are available online for six months. If the search finds nothing, check the country, the spelling of your name and the licence number before anything else.
Enterprise Plus emails them for you
When your Enterprise Plus number is on the rental, a copy of the receipt is emailed automatically to the address on your profile. Receipts for Enterprise Plus rentals also stay in your account profile for 360 days, starting 48 hours after you return the car.
Older rentals and other bookings
- For a rental older than the online window, contact the branch you rented from. They can send you a copy.
- For a recent rental that still does not appear, call Enterprise customer service or the branch.
- If you booked through a third party (a travel site or your company's travel tool), get the receipt from them.
Toll receipts are separate
Tolls through Enterprise's TollPass programme are not on the rental receipt, and toll charges are usually billed about 4 to 6 weeks after the rental. To get toll receipts, go to tollpassgo.com, select Receipts, choose Enterprise and enter the name on the rental with the contract number or part of the card number. You can sign up there to have toll receipts emailed.
Final receipt, not reservation
The final rental receipt shows fuel, extras and taxes. The reservation confirmation only shows the estimate, which most expense policies will not accept.
Enterprise receipts and tolls, sorted
An Enterprise Plus number on the booking already gets the receipt emailed to you, and email receipt capture files it from your inbox with fuel, extras and taxes split out. Toll receipts trail weeks behind. Signing up for emailed TollPass receipts lets the same capture match them to the rental on the expense report. If you rent without an Enterprise Plus number, connect your Enterprise account instead and our AI agent signs in and fetches each receipt during its six-month window, with bill fetching.
