How to get a Google One storage plan receipt

A Google One storage plan is billed to whoever bought it, through the store they used. Most plans show up at payments.google.com under Subscriptions & services, where Manage next to Google One lists each transaction. Plans started on an iPhone through the App Store are billed by Apple, and shared family plans are billed to the plan manager.
Start with where the plan was bought
- Google Play: on the Google One site, go to Settings, Change payment method, which opens Google Play. Under My subscriptions, click Manage next to Google One.
- Apple App Store: Apple handles the billing and any refund. The membership can't be adjusted from an Android device later.
- A third-party partner: the partner bills you, and plan changes follow its process.
Reading the charge in Google Pay
For plans billed by Google, the subscription page at payments.google.com shows the Google One transactions. If a charge isn't there, sign in to the Google product where you bought it and search there. The steps for a European VAT invoice are the same as for AI plans and are covered in our Google AI Pro receipt guide.
Family sharing and the plan manager
When storage is shared with a family group, one person is the plan manager, and only that person can upgrade, downgrade or buy add-ons. Up to five family members join for six in total, each with 15 GB of personal space before the shared pool is used. The receipt sits in the plan manager's account, never in the members' accounts. Downgrading to the 30 GB Lite plan turns family sharing off.
Renewals, upgrades and refunds
Storage plans renew automatically. An upgrade to a bigger plan takes effect immediately. If a renewal fails, Google adds a seven-day grace period with no loss of storage while you fix the card. In most countries storage purchases are non-refundable, but cancelling keeps the paid storage until the subscription ends. Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy, and App Store purchases go through Apple Support.
Google One storage on the company's books
Extra storage for work photos and files is often bought on someone's personal Google Account. Our AI agent can sign in to payments.google.com with that login and save each storage charge with bill fetching. Apple receipts for App Store sign-ups can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and the work share of the plan is claimed on an expense report.
