Receipts for Google AI Pro, the plan Google called Google One AI Premium until May 2025, are in your Google payments profile. Go to payments.google.com, click Activity and select a transaction for its details, or click Subscriptions & services and choose Manage beside the plan. If you are in the European Economic Area or Morocco, you can also download a VAT invoice.
Finding the transaction
- Go to payments.google.com.
- Click Activity.
- Select the Google One or Google AI Pro charge to see its details.
For the subscription itself, open Subscriptions & services and click Manage. If a purchase does not appear in Google Pay, sign in to the Google product where you made it and search there.
VAT invoices in the EEA and Morocco
Sign in to Settings in your payments profile and check that your tax ID number is entered; in some countries you cannot get a VAT invoice for a purchase made before the tax ID was added. Then click Activity, open the transaction and click Download VAT invoice or Download VAT receipt at the bottom. The address shown is your legal address at the time of purchase and cannot be changed afterwards. Outside those regions, the transaction history is your receipt.
A plan for personal Google Accounts
You need a personal Google Account to get Google AI Pro, and you cannot sign up if your current Google One membership came through a third-party partner or Pixel Pass. A company running Google Workspace will find Workspace billing in the Admin console instead.
Receipt lookup for AI credits and plan changes
If you buy Google AI credits for extra usage, Google One keeps a separate AI credits activity page with your purchase history. Plan changes are made on the Google One site under Manage membership, then Change membership plan, where upgrade and downgrade options are listed.
Google AI Pro charges in the expense trail
An AI plan on a personal Google Account is a typical out-of-pocket expense. Connect the Google account and our AI agent signs in to payments.google.com after each renewal and saves the transaction, VAT invoice included where available, with bill fetching. The employee can then claim it on an expense report, and any VAT on it is kept for your tax records.
