LinkedIn Learning

To get a LinkedIn Learning receipt, sign in to LinkedIn Learning, select your profile photo, then Settings. Click Manage next to Privacy & Settings, and on the Account preferences page choose View purchase history under Subscriptions & payments. Every payment there can be viewed and printed. Plans a company bought through a LinkedIn sales representative are handled differently: they are invoiced, and the invoices live in the LinkedIn Admin Center.

Purchase history lookup from Learning settings

  1. On the LinkedIn Learning homepage, select your profile photo in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. In the Privacy & Settings section, click Manage. LinkedIn opens your Account preferences page.
  4. Under Subscriptions & payments, select View purchase history, then view or print the payment you need.

Learning and LinkedIn share one billing area. The same history opens from the Purchase History page under Settings & Privacy on linkedin.com, which helps if you also pay for another LinkedIn product.

Starting from the mobile app

In the Learning app, tap your name at the top of the My Courses tab, tap the Settings icon, then Manage subscription plan. LinkedIn documents the printable record only on the web. Switch to a browser when you need a copy for your files.

Invoices for team and company contracts

Bought through sales rather than online? Then you receive invoices, not receipts. An admin signs in at admincenter.linkedin.com, opens Contracts and Orders in the left pane, picks the contract and scrolls to the Transactions section. Each line gives the invoice number, whether it is paid, the issue and due dates, the payment method and the total, with a download icon for the PDF. Selecting Transactions in the left pane shows billing history across every contract. If the billing options are missing, LinkedIn notes that the admin may still need to finish onboarding to the Admin Center.

Tax registration and VAT numbers

LinkedIn Learning's billing help links a dedicated article for adding a tax registration or VAT number to your billing information. Set it up before the renewal you plan to claim.

Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app

A subscription started through Apple or Google is billed by that store, and LinkedIn's own pages cannot show it. The record sits in your Apple ID purchase history or your Google Play order history.

LinkedIn Learning charges filed with the training budget

Learning seats are usually paid from a professional development budget, and finance asks for the payment record, not the course certificate. Once your LinkedIn account is connected, each Learning renewal is picked up from purchase history by our AI agent through bill fetching. Contract invoices an admin downloads from the Admin Center can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and the yearly Learning cost then sits on the expense report beside conference fees and books.
