How to get a Culligan Quench invoice

Culligan Quench, the office water cooler arm of Culligan, issues invoices monthly and keeps billing information in its customer Portal. Log in there to see billing. For a copy of a current or past invoice, Culligan Quench asks for your account number, the invoice month and year, and the email address the copy should go to.
Billing in the Quench portal
Current customers log into the Portal to request service, order supplies and see billing information. Culligan Quench also publishes a sample invoice explainer that labels each field, useful the first time an invoice lands on your desk.
What the first invoice includes
Your first invoice may cover a partial month, called a stub period, along with a one-time Installation Fee. After that, invoices follow your billing frequency: monthly, or quarterly or annual on those plans.
Paying a Culligan Quench invoice
- US customers can pay online through the Portal, by ACH or card.
- Canadian customers cannot pay online.
- Checks go to Culligan Quench, P.O. Box 735777, Dallas, TX 75373-5777.
Autopay and invoice timing
To set up automatic payment by ACH or card, call 484-535-5298. The card on file is charged on the 1st of the month; for quarterly or annual billing, on the 1st day of the first month of the cycle. About a week before the charge, the invoice arrives by email, and a notification follows on the 1st. Autopay does not replace the invoice: that emailed invoice is the record to keep. Add Quench.USA@secure.gotobilling.com to your address book so those emails are not filtered.
Changing card, contacts or billing portal
To change the card on file, billing details or who receives invoices, email quenchservice@culliganquench.com or call 484-535-5298. Invoice emails can go to several people in your organization. If your company requires suppliers to upload invoices to its own third-party portal, Culligan Quench has a Portal Onboarding Form for that.
Quench invoices before the card is charged
The invoice arrives a week before the charge, which is the moment to file it. Email receipt capture reads each Culligan Quench invoice email when it lands and stores the PDF with its tax lines. With your Portal login, our AI agent can also fetch past invoices through bill fetching, and cooler costs for each office show up in reports.
