How to get a Xerox invoice

Xerox invoices are in Xerox Account Management, the online tools for bills, payments, meter reads and contracts. Register, then use View or print open invoices to see, print or pay what is outstanding. Closed invoices are not shown there: request a copy through Contact Xerox about an invoice or payment.
Registering for online invoices
Use the Register link, or log in with an existing Xerox.com account and follow the sign-up pages. Xerox finds your invoices from numbers you already hold, such as your customer number, an invoice number, an order number or an equipment serial number. Its pages do not agree on how many you need: the online invoices page asks for any two, while the FAQ says one is enough at first registration. Have two ready. More locations and customer numbers can be added later.
Open invoices lookup
View or print open invoices shows every unpaid invoice on the account, with a consolidated view of invoice aging and balances. Print or save the copies you need while the invoices are open. Once one is paid it leaves this list.
Copies of closed invoices and disputes
For a paid invoice, or to dispute a charge, submit a request through Contact Xerox about an invoice or payment. Each request gets a service request number by email. If you lose it, log into eCustomer and open the Inquiries tab to see your requests and their status.
Paying online and email alerts
Registered users pay invoices online, and the payments move by ACH between banks. On your first login you can opt in to emails for new invoices, approaching due dates and invoices scheduled for payment. A scheduled payment still leaves an invoice behind, and that invoice is the document to keep.
Meter reads and the next invoice
Copier contracts billed by usage depend on meter reads. Account Management is also where you submit them and pull meter reading reports, which helps when you check the usage lines on an invoice.
Xerox invoices saved before they close
Because paid invoices drop out of the open list, the copy has to be saved first. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to Xerox Account Management, saves each new invoice while it is open and keeps it after payment. Invoice alert emails feed email receipt capture, and copier and print costs per site can be compared in reports.
