Chubb Fire & Security Canada links to its online invoices from the FAQ page on chubbfscanada.com. For copies, the Customer Experience team takes requests at ca_customerexperience@chubbfs.com or 1-800-668-2482, English (1), Option 4. Online payment and direct debit sign-up are linked from the same FAQ and from Pay My Bill in the site header.
Invoice lookup and copies
On chubbfscanada.com, open FAQs and find "Can I request copies of my invoices?". The answer links to the page where invoices can be viewed online. If an invoice is missing, or you need a duplicate for an owner or an auditor, write to Customer Experience or call the 1-800 number above. Give the site address so the right account is found.
Paying a Chubb bill and setting up direct debit
The FAQ answers "Can I make a payment online?" with a link to the online payment page, and "How do I switch to direct debit?" with a link to set it up. The Canadian site header also carries Pay My Bill. Direct debit removes the manual payment step, but an invoice is still issued for every charge, and it remains the document to keep.
The Chubb customer portal
The header of chubbfscanada.com also links a Customer portal at ca.chubbfs.com. Chubb's Canadian pages do not describe what the portal holds. Check it before calling, and fall back on Customer Experience for anything you cannot find there.
Alarm activity reports and keyholder changes
Invoices are only part of the file a property manager keeps on a building. Copies of alarm activity or opening and closing reports come from the Customer Account Maintenance team at ca_cam@chubbfs.com or 1-866-516-9369, the same team that updates keyholder lists and dispatch instructions. Service on an alarm panel goes to the National Field Service Experience team at 1-800-387-0771, English (1), Option 3.
Notice before cancelling
Chubb requires 30 days' notice in writing to cancel services, sent to Customer Experience. Plan for it when a building is sold or a tenant leaves, and keep the invoices that fall inside that notice period.
Chubb invoices kept with each building's file
Chubb invoices for a building belong next to its alarm reports and keyholder records. When you request copies by email, forward the reply to email receipt capture and each one is filed as it lands. Paper invoices can be photographed with the receipt scanner, and fire and security costs for the year are ready for tax time.
