How to download a Rumpke bill

Rumpke bills are paid and stored in RumpkePay, the online payment system Rumpke runs with Kubra. Sign up, sign in, and the account gives you three years of historical documents next to your payment history. One-time online payments cost a $2.95 convenience fee, which Rumpke says enrolling in auto-pay avoids.
Setting up RumpkePay
Open Pay My Bill on rumpke.com and choose Pay Online. The sign-in page links to Sign up now for a new account. Once inside, you can manage your profile, add accounts and configure notifications, which helps when one person handles pickup at several addresses. You also pick a sign-in seal, a secret message or photo shown on your browser so you can tell the real page from a fake one.
Looking up past Rumpke bills
RumpkePay describes its archive as three years of historical documents kept in the cloud. Anything older than that has to be saved somewhere else. The dashboard gives a snapshot of the account, and payment history sits beside the payment tools. Rumpke's pages don't describe any lookup that works without signing in.
Ways to pay a Rumpke bill
- Online: credit card, debit card or bank account through RumpkePay, or a quick one-time payment without an account. One-time online payments carry the $2.95 fee.
- Phone: call (800) 828-8171 and choose pay by phone, any hour of any day. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted, and every phone payment has the $2.95 fee.
- Mail: residential payments go to Rumpke, P.O. Box 538709, Cincinnati, OH 45253-8709; commercial payments to P.O. Box 538710, Cincinnati, OH 45253-8710.
- Walmart: any Walmart Money Center or Customer Service desk takes cash, a Walmart MoneyCard or a PIN-based debit card. Bring your current billing statement. A convenience fee applies there as well.
Auto-pay and the $2.95 fee
Auto-pay is set up inside RumpkePay, in the same place you make payments. It removes the per-payment fee, but the bill keeps coming. That bill shows the service charge and any fuel or government surcharges, which a bank debit line never will.
Commercial accounts
Businesses get one extra route. ACH payments sent directly to Rumpke's bank are open to commercial customers only; call the Accounts Receivable Department at (800) 828-8171 for the details. Commercial checks use the separate P.O. Box above.
Rumpke bills kept past the three-year window
A rental property held for a decade outlives RumpkePay's three-year archive. Give our AI agent your RumpkePay login and it retrieves every new bill as it posts, filed by service address, through bill fetching. Bill notices that land in your inbox go through email receipt capture, and the paper statement you carried to Walmart can be photographed with the receipt scanner.
