How to get an Orkin invoice

Orkin invoices are in your online Orkin account at orkin.com/my-account. Create the account with your Orkin account number and the phone number on file, then sign in to check invoices, view your complete service history and pay. You can also pay by phone, around the clock, at 877-819-5061.
Creating your Orkin account
The sign-up form at orkin.com/create-account asks for four things:
- Your Orkin account number
- The phone number associated with that account
- Your first and last name
- An email address
You can opt in to account notifications and must accept the terms. A property manager with several serviced buildings should gather each building's account number before starting.
Invoice and service history lookup
Orkin lists what the account shows once you're in: your invoices, your complete service history, your payment history and digital service reports that explain which treatments were applied and what to expect next. The report is the useful pairing for an invoice. One proves you were billed; the other proves the visit happened and what was done, which a landlord may need when a tenant reports pests.
Paying an Orkin bill
- Online: sign in to the account and make your payment there.
- Toll-free: call 877-819-5061 and pay through an Orkin representative, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Your branch: call the local Orkin branch and give your bank card details over the phone. The Find My Branch page lists branches.
AutoPay for each service
Orkin AutoPay charges each service automatically to a credit card or bank check card. You manage it from the same account where you see invoices. The charge settles the bill, but the invoice for each visit is still there in the account, and that invoice is what supports the expense.
Commercial sites
For businesses, Orkin describes a personalized portal that tracks service records and pest pressure across multiple facilities, with detailed documentation of each service. Facilities preparing for third-party audits rely on those records more than on the invoice alone.
Orkin invoices filed with their service reports
Monthly pest control on a rental portfolio means an invoice and a service report per building per visit. With your Orkin login connected to bill fetching, our AI agent picks up the invoice after each visit and stores it by property. AutoPay card charges then match up to the invoice behind each one, and the year's set is ready for tax time. Any Orkin email that lands in the inbox is picked up by email receipt capture.
