Terminix

Terminix invoices are in MyAccount. Sign in, choose Payments & Billing in the left sidebar and open My Invoice History. Customers on AutoPay or with a prepaid balance don't get online invoices; they use My Payment History in the same tab instead. Invoice questions go to 1-855-348-3152.

Registering for MyAccount

Residential customers register with their phone number and customer number. Commercial customers use their customer number and sales agreement number, typed exactly as shown on the sales agreement. Enter the address the same way, with no abbreviations; Terminix gives this as the fix when MyAccount says an account doesn't exist. If it says the account already exists, use Forgot My Password. The login email can't be changed later. Pick a shared billing address if more than one person handles the bills.

Invoice lookup in Payments & Billing

My Invoice History lists invoices for customers billed per invoice. AutoPay and Year-In-Advance customers check My Payment History, since no invoices are posted for them. Terminix notes its payment features are available for eligible accounts.

Paying one invoice at a time

When several invoices are open, each sits on its own line with its full balance in the Amount column. Set every other line to zero and the Custom Payment Amount section updates the Total Payment Amount. If you mailed a check before a statement arrived, you can ignore the statement; Terminix says check processing can take up to 2 weeks from the date it was sent.

Setting up AutoPay

In MyAccount, select Payments & Billing, open My Payments Due and choose Set Up AutoPay, or View AutoPay to check an existing one. Because AutoPay accounts see no online invoices, your payment history becomes the billing record, and it is worth saving each period.

Proof that a service happened

To confirm a technician visited for a charge on your statement, open Appointments & Services, then My Service History, and use the green download link. The record downloads as a PDF or opens in a new tab; you may need to allow pop-ups. For phone help, Terminix customer support answers at 1.855.485.6300 from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central, seven days a week, or by text at 1.866.980.8669.

Terminix records saved for each property

With no invoices for AutoPay accounts, the Terminix record for a rental is split between payment history and service history. Connect your MyAccount login and our AI agent signs in each month, saves both and files them under the property, through bill fetching. Termite and pest control for a rental unit then sits with the rest of the property's costs at tax time, and an employee who pays a one-off treatment can attach it to an expense report.
