How to get an Aptive bill

Aptive Pest Control bills are in its customer portal at my.aptivepestcontrol.com. Log in to view your recent service bill, make a payment, and set up AutoPay or paperless billing. The same portal keeps your treatment history, and Aptive's team answers billing questions at (855) 948-5816.
Getting to the portal
Use Sign in to My Account on aptivepestcontrol.com, which leads to the portal. Aptive's older goaptive.com address now redirects to aptivepestcontrol.com, and old bookmarks still land in the right place. Aptive's FAQ says to call (855) 948-5816 if you can't access the portal.
Bill lookup in the customer portal
Aptive's login page describes the bill view as your recent service bill. Its help pages don't say how far back bills go or whether they download as files. If you need an older bill for a property file, save each one when it appears, or ask the support team for a copy.
Paying and setting up AutoPay
Aptive's welcome message lists making payments and setting up AutoPay among the portal's features, and the login page calls the automatic option easy pay. Once AutoPay is on, the service bill keeps appearing in the portal, and it is that bill, not the card statement, that names the visit you paid for.
Paperless billing
The login page also offers paperless billing as a setting in the portal. Turn it on and the portal becomes your main copy of each bill, which is one more reason to save them as they post.
Treatment history next to the bill
Each service in the portal shows details, including treatment photos and product information, and Aptive's FAQ says your full treatment history is there too. You can view upcoming appointments and reschedule them in the portal, or by phone at (855) 948-5816. For a landlord answering a tenant complaint, the photos and product names from a visit back up the bill.
Getting help with a bill
Aptive takes support requests by phone, text, email and online chat. Its contact page covers billing questions as well as appointment details. The support line listed in the welcome message is 1-855-284-3733.
Aptive bills saved before the next one replaces them
If the portal only keeps your recent bill in view, last spring's treatment can be hard to prove in December. Link your Aptive login and our AI agent grabs each new bill from the portal and keeps it with the property, through bill fetching. Any Aptive billing email in your inbox goes through email receipt capture, and the full year is ready for tax time.
