How to get a Waste Pro invoice

To get a Waste Pro invoice, sign in to Online Account Access from wasteprousa.com/bill-pay, open the Billing History screen, and select View in the Actions area beside the invoice. A PDF copy downloads. This works even if you never received a paper invoice in the mail.
Finding your division
Waste Pro runs bill pay by local division, listed by number and name, such as 0100 for Orlando. Your division number is printed at the top left of any Waste Pro invoice. Pick it from the dropdown at the bottom of the Online Bill Pay page, then log in or register.
Registering for Online Account Access
- Choose Click here to register after selecting your division.
- Complete the enrollment form to create a username and password. The first sign-in asks for your last invoice number or the phone number on file.
- Open the confirmation email Waste Pro sends right away and click its link.
- Sign in with your new username and password.
Waste Pro's help guide says signing up costs nothing and preferences can be changed at any time.
Invoice lookup in Billing History
Billing History is the one screen for both records and payments. Each invoice has an Actions area: View downloads the PDF, and Pay pays that specific invoice. You can also pay one or several invoices at once from the account. Payments post to the account immediately.
Paying and automatic payments
Waste Pro accepts a payment from your banking information or a credit card inside the account. One division's help guide states there is no charge for card or checking payments made through the online account. To automate, click the link under the account address on the home screen that offers to have your invoices paid automatically, choose a payment method, fill in the details and select Add Account. Invoices are still produced on automatic payments; download each one, because the PDF is what shows the service period.
Going paperless
Click Go Paperless on the home screen, select Email Invoice Notification, add your email address and choose Save Paperless Options. Waste Pro then emails you each time an invoice is ready to view. For anything the portal can't answer, call your local office; its number is at the top of your invoice.
Waste Pro invoices saved by division
A property company in two Waste Pro divisions logs in twice and downloads twice. Connect each login and our AI agent opens Billing History after every new invoice, saves the PDF and files it under the property, through bill fetching. The paperless notices themselves can feed email receipt capture, and a staff member who pays a dumpster invoice on a company card can attach it to an expense report.
