How to get a Canpar invoice

Canpar Express prepares invoices for account customers every week, and you choose whether each one arrives on paper or electronically. Past invoices are in the MyCanpar portal, which Canpar describes as giving access to detailed invoices along with tracking and label printing. A paper invoice mailed to you adds a fee of $3.50 per invoice under the 2025 service guide.
How Canpar bills an account
Charges for courier services and the applicable taxes are invoiced in Canadian dollars. Under Canpar's terms of service, approved accounts pay within seven days of the invoice date unless another arrangement was made. Choosing electronic delivery avoids the paper invoice fee.
Invoice lookup in MyCanpar
Sign in to MyCanpar from canpar.com. Canpar's portal manual describes a self-serve Invoice Lookup: search by shipper number or by invoice number, pick a date range, then open, download or print an invoice as PDF, Excel, XML or CSV. That manual dates from 2010, and Canpar says a new CanShip for account-based shippers launches later in 2026 with orders, activity and history in one platform. Expect the screens to change.
Paying a Canpar invoice and autopay
- Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP): Canpar withdraws the amount from your bank account when the invoice is due.
- Automatic credit card: Canpar charges the card on file on the due date.
- EFT: deposit to Canpar's bank account with an electronic remittance advice listing the invoice numbers you are paying.
- Cheque: include your Canpar account number and the invoice number with the remittance slip.
PAP or card autopay still produces a weekly invoice, and that invoice is the record your books need. Unpaid balances accrue interest at 2% per month, and Canpar may suspend service on past-due accounts.
Questioning a charge
Billing discrepancies must reach Canpar within 90 days of the invoice date. Canpar may also charge an administrative fee when it finds a disputed charge was billed correctly. Check the shipment details on the invoice first. If you have no portal access through your account, Canpar's home page says to email customer service.
Every weekly Canpar invoice on file
Fifty-two invoices a year is a lot of PDFs to pull from a portal one week at a time. Connect your MyCanpar login and our AI agent goes through bill fetching to save each new invoice for you. Electronic invoices sent by email are read by email receipt capture, and the GST or HST on each one is ready when you prepare your tax receipts.
