How to get a Burger King receipt

Finding an order in Recent Orders

1. Open the BK App, or sign in on BK.com.
2. Go to the Recent Orders tab.
3. Select the order you want to review.

The order details also show any amount you donated to the Burger King Foundation with that order.

Receipt emails you cannot turn off

You can stop BK marketing emails with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. Transactional emails, such as order confirmations and receipts, are required and keep coming. Pick the inbox carefully when you sign up: the email address on a BK account cannot be edited once it is set, and changing it means creating a new account.

In the restaurant

To earn Crowns or use an app offer at the counter, give the cashier your 6-digit My Code before you place your order. Only offers marked Redeem In-Restaurant work there.

The paper receipt may also carry a MyBKExperience survey. That code is not a receipt number: completing the survey at mybkexperience.com gives a validation code, one every 30 days, which is valid for 14 days at the restaurant you visited. Not all receipts have survey codes, since franchisees decide whether to activate them.

Refunds and delivery apps

For an app or BK.com order, contact BK Guest Care. For an in-restaurant or drive-thru order, go back to that restaurant, because payment was processed there. Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash or another delivery platform are out of Burger King's reach: it has no access to those order details, and the platform's support team handles them.

Where the BK receipt ends up

Because Burger King always sends the order receipt, your inbox holds a dependable copy of every app and BK.com meal. Email receipt capture picks each one up from there.
