For a Panera Bread online order, sign in to MyPanera before ordering and you receive a confirmation email every time; ordering without an account, enter an address in Email Address for Receipt at checkout. Catering receipts are under Past Orders on catering.panerabread.com when you were signed in. For anything else, Panera Guest Care can send a copy: call 855-372-6372 or email.
Rapid Pick-Up and Delivery orders
Panera says the best way to make sure you get a receipt for a Rapid Pick-Up, Delivery or Catering order is to log in to MyPanera first. Each order then sends a confirmation email. Anonymous orders only get one if you fill in the Email Address for Receipt field on the Checkout screen.
Catering receipts in Past Orders
- Log in at catering.panerabread.com with the MyPanera account used for the order.
- Go to the Past Orders page.
- Click the order number.
Older orders sit behind the white See Older Orders button at the bottom of the page. If you were not logged in, search your inbox for an email from an @panerabread.com address with Final Order Confirmation in the subject, including junk, spam and promotions folders.
A copy from Guest Care
Guest Care can reply with a catering receipt if you send the email address or phone number on the order, the cafe that fulfilled it, the date of fulfilment and the amount spent. Orders fulfilled more than one calendar year ago cannot be located. The phone line is 855-372-6372; email replies take about 1 to 3 business days.
For other questions about a visit, Guest Care asks for the order number, the transaction date and the cafe name and address or cafe number. These appear on the paper receipt, the email confirmation and the Recent Orders section of the mobile app.
Missed points: the 22-digit code
Forgot to give your MyPanera details to the cashier? The bottom of the receipt carries a 22-digit missed visit code. Sign in on the Panera website, click Rewards next to your name, scroll to Missed a Visit?, enter the code and click Redeem Code. This only works for in-cafe cashier purchases from the prior 30 days, and bonus offers are not applied. Catering orders need Guest Care instead.
Panera catering and lunches, filed
A Panera catering order for a client meeting leaves its receipt in Past Orders, a place few people check at month end. Connect your MyPanera account and our AI agent signs in to Past Orders and saves each catering receipt, through bill fetching. Rapid Pick-Up confirmations are filed from your inbox by email receipt capture, and both reach your expense report.
