How to get a Chick-fil-A receipt

To find a Chick-fil-A receipt, sign in to your Chick-fil-A One account on chick-fil-a.com and select view transaction history, or open the app and tap For You, then Account, Transactions and Transaction History. Chick-fil-A keeps up to one year of order history there. Orders placed through delivery apps are not listed.
Transaction History: the lookup for your own orders
Transaction History is the closest thing Chick-fil-A offers to a receipt lookup. It shows orders tied to your Chick-fil-A One profile, whether you paid in the app or scanned your account at the register. Each entry carries the order total, which is also the figure the missed-scan form asks for.
A meal you paid for without signing in, or bought through DoorDash or another delivery partner, will not appear. For a delivery order, the receipt sits in the account of the app you ordered from.
Adding a receipt you forgot to scan
If you paid at the counter without scanning, you can still attach the purchase to your account:
- On the website, sign in and go to Account, Transactions, then Submit missed transaction. In the app, tap the submit button beside Forgot to scan? under Transaction history.
- Enter the restaurant number, the date, the order number and the order total from the paper receipt.
The rules are strict. The receipt has to be readable and in your hands, the visit must be less than 30 days old, and each request covers one transaction, with one request per day per account. Chick-fil-A also caps how many missed transactions an account can claim over its lifetime. Points are figured on the pre-tax total and your current tier.
Catering orders
Pending catering orders appear on your profile's pending orders page on the website, or in the app under Account and Catering Pending Orders. Mobile Dine-In cannot be used for catering, which means a team lunch has to go through the catering flow.
The copy to hand in
For a business lunch, keep the itemized paper receipt rather than the card slip. The receipt carries the restaurant number and order number, the two details you would need later for a points claim or a question about the charge.
Chick-fil-A orders filed on their own
A year of history sounds generous until a client lunch from last spring needs proving. Connect your Chick-fil-A One account and our AI agent signs in and saves each order from Transaction History through bill fetching. A paper receipt from the counter goes in with a photo through the receipt scanner, and both land on the same expense report.
