How to get a Papa Johns receipt

Receipts and invoices

For an online Papa Johns order, the receipt is the confirmation email, which Papa Johns says includes all your order details. Keep that email. If you have a Papa Rewards account, your profile also lets you re-order past orders and shows a full history of your points activity under My Papa Rewards.

The confirmation email and PapaTrack

Once the order is confirmed you get an email with the order details and a PapaTrack link. The same link sits on the Order Confirmation page. From that page you can also opt in to an email or text when the order heads your way, and the opt-in has to be repeated for each order.

An order cannot be cancelled online after it has been placed. Call the store instead, which means the email is also your source for the store and order details you will need on the phone.

Your Papa Rewards account history

Log in and open the My Papa Rewards tab. It shows your points total, your Papa Dough balance and an account history of your reward points activity. The ordering pages add that a Papa Rewards account lets you re-order past orders and save favorites, which is handy when the same office order comes up every Friday.

The 12-digit code on a store receipt

If you were not a member when you ordered, the bottom of the store receipt carries a 12-digit code. Join Papa Rewards, log in, click Request Points and enter the code. The code works once, only for the person who bought the order, and expires three days after you receive it. Points post the next business day after a successful entry.

No code on your receipt? Papa Johns says that means you were logged in and already received points for that order.

Pizza for the team on an expense report

Group pizza orders tend to be the expenses that get questioned. The confirmation email lists every pie and side, which answers the question an itemized receipt answers. Forward it along with the expense rather than a card statement line.

Papa Johns orders filed from your inbox

Since the Papa Johns confirmation email is the record, the inbox is where these receipts should be collected. Email receipt capture picks up each confirmation and files the order total and date. A carryout receipt from the counter goes in through the receipt scanner, and the Friday pizza shows up on the expense report without retyping.
