If you are a Dunkin' Rewards member, your order history is in the Dunkin' App and on DunkinDonuts.com under transaction history when you are signed in. For an in-store purchase, keep the printed receipt. Dunkin's help pages do not describe a way to scan or add a receipt in the app: points come from scanning your Rewards ID before you pay, and Customer Care can add points by hand when a store's system was down.
Order history in the app and online
Your points and order history show both in the Dunkin' App and in your account on DunkinDonuts.com. Delivery orders currently do not earn points or redeem rewards.
Adding a receipt to the Dunkin' app
People often look for a way to add a missed receipt to the Dunkin' app. Dunkin's FAQ and Rewards terms describe no receipt scan or upload. To earn points you can:
- scan your Dunkin' Rewards ID before paying in store
- pay with an enrolled Dunkin' Card
- order ahead in the Dunkin' App for drive-thru, curbside or in-store pickup
When a store could not record your points
Dunkin' locations sometimes have system outages, and a Rewards transaction cannot be processed. In that case, members can ask Customer Care to manually apply the points for the qualifying purchase: email customerservice@dunkinbrands.com or call 1-800-447-0013, Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm EST. Keep the receipt to show what you bought. Points can take 24 hours or more to appear after a purchase.
Dunkin' Card transaction history
Paying with a Dunkin' Card? Its 16-digit number and the PIN under the scratch-off sticker on the back let you check balance and transaction history on DunkinDonuts.com. Register the card to your account to earn points and protect the balance if it is lost.
Before you delete your account
Account deletion is under My Account, Profile and Settings, Account Info. It is permanent: Dunkin' says your points, rewards and order history cannot be recovered afterwards.
