How to download Figma invoices

To download a Figma invoice, select Admin in the file browser on figma.com, open the Billing tab, then Invoices, and download the PDF. Only admins can see them. Add a purchase order number or your GST/HST number first, then download again: an earlier copy will not include it.
Downloading from Admin
- In the file browser on figma.com, select Admin, then the Billing tab.
- Open the Invoices tab for your invoice history.
- Select an invoice to see its due date, status, payment method and invoice number.
- Download a PDF of the invoice.
Purchase order numbers
If your accounts payable team needs a PO number on the invoice, add it, then download the PDF again. A copy downloaded earlier will not include it.
Company name and address
Admins can change the name and address printed on invoices under Admin, Billing, Invoice details, and manage billing contacts from the same billing settings.
VAT and GST/HST numbers
The option to add a VAT or GST number only appears in countries where Figma charges it. In Canada, a business that provides a GST/HST number does not have GST/HST added to its invoices going forward, and Figma may refund the GST/HST or QST on invoices from the 30 days before a valid number was added. Community purchases have their own address and VAT setting under Settings, Community.
Organization and Enterprise plans
These plans have an annual subscription invoiced quarterly, every three months. Organization admins manage billing, and billing currency changes go through a sales representative.
Before deleting an account
Download your invoices first. They are not accessible after the account is deleted.
Figma invoices saved with the PO number on
Because a PO number only appears on PDFs downloaded after you add it, the copy you grabbed on day one is often the wrong one. Connect a Figma admin login and our AI agent signs in after each invoice is issued, downloads the PDF once your details are set and keeps it with bill fetching. Invoice emails to your billing contacts can be filed by email receipt capture, and subscription tracking follows the seat changes quarter to quarter.
