How to download your Xero subscription invoice

To download your Xero subscription invoice, open the link in Xero's monthly invoice email, or log in and open invoices from the past 24 months through the online statement. At the top of the invoice, select Save to PDF. This is Xero's bill to you, not the invoices you send your own customers.
The monthly email
Each month Xero emails a link to that month's online invoice. It goes to the address in the billing account's contact details, and the organisation's subscriber can change that address. Make sure it is an inbox someone checks.
The last 24 months
While logged in to Xero, you can open invoices from the past 24 months through the online statement. Select the invoice number to open it.
Saving it
At the top of the online invoice, select Save to PDF or Save to CSV (or Download, then the format).
Payment details
The subscriber also updates the card used for the subscription. If an invoice is overdue, Xero tries the payment again once new details are entered.
Xero partners
Partner invoices show charges and discounts before GST, with the total GST under the subtotal. They come with an attached CSV breaking charges down per client organisation, and can be saved straight into your practice's Xero as a draft bill. You are billed in the currency of the country chosen when the subscription was added.
Xero invoices captured from the monthly email
Xero's invoice email arrives every month at the billing contact, which makes it an easy one for email receipt capture: change the billing email to a mailbox it reads and each invoice is filed, GST included. Because the email only carries a link, connect the subscriber's login as well and our AI agent signs in, opens the online statement and saves the PDF with bill fetching. Your own accounting software stops being the one expense nobody records.
