How to download Grammarly receipts
Founder & CEO, Smartbills
2 min read
To download a Grammarly receipt, open your Subscription page, scroll to Billing History and select the PDF icon beside a transaction, or Download All. Use Add Details first to put a company name on the receipts. Grammarly gives individual subscribers receipts, not invoices.
Downloading receipts
- Open your Subscription page.
- Scroll down to Billing History.
- Select the PDF icon next to a transaction, or use Download All.
Adding your company details
Billing History has an Add Details option for extra information you want to appear on receipts, such as a company name. Fill it in before you download.
How tax is charged
Grammarly may charge tax based on your billing address. Depending on where you are, it shows as a separate line or is included in the subscription price.
Receipts, not invoices
Grammarly does not provide invoices to individual subscribers; the payment receipt is the document that confirms payment. For a formal post-payment invoice, contact Grammarly support. If your subscription has expired, a support request is also the way to get a receipt.
Grammarly Business
Invoices are available for annual Grammarly Business subscriptions starting at 10 or more seats. Once a Business invoice's billing details are confirmed they are locked; changing them means cancelling that invoice and requesting a new one.
Bought through Apple or Google
Billing goes through the store. For Google Play, receipts are sent to the email on your Google account.
Grammarly receipts collected each renewal
An annual Grammarly plan renews once a year, and the receipt is easy to miss. Connect your Grammarly account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal and downloads the receipt from Billing History with bill fetching, with your added company details on it. Payment emails from Grammarly or Google Play can be filed by email receipt capture, and subscription tracking warns you before the renewal date.
