How to get LinkedIn Premium receipts

To get a LinkedIn Premium receipt, go to Settings & Privacy, then Account preferences, and select View purchase history under Subscriptions and payments. For a PDF, open Manage your subscription and download the receipt from Transactions. Add your company name or GST/VAT number first; past receipts do not change.
Purchase history
- Go to Settings & Privacy, then Account preferences.
- Scroll to Subscriptions and payments and select View purchase history.
- Filter by the last 3 months, year to date or a custom range (up to one year at a time), then open a transaction and print it.
A PDF from Manage your subscription
- Select the Me icon, then Premium features.
- Select Manage your subscription.
- Under Transactions, use the More menu on a transaction to download its receipt as a PDF.
Company name and tax number
Change the billing details (company name, address, VAT ID) from the Purchase History page, and add a tax registration, VAT or GST number from the manage payments page. Both apply to future receipts only: past purchases are not updated. Add them before you buy if you need them on the receipt.
Receipts, not invoices
LinkedIn does not provide invoices for self-serve Premium subscriptions. Subscriptions bought through a sales representative are invoiced under corporate billing instead.
Bought through Apple or Google
LinkedIn cannot show these. Use your Apple purchase history or your Google order history.
Older receipts
Some receipts for online purchases issued before March 4, 2025 can no longer be downloaded as a PDF from LinkedIn's admin pages. You can still get them by downloading your LinkedIn data from Settings.
LinkedIn receipts ready for the expense claim
Sales teams and recruiters often pay for Premium themselves and claim it back. Connect the LinkedIn account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal and downloads the receipt PDF from Transactions with bill fetching, company name and tax number included once they are set. LinkedIn's payment emails can be filed by email receipt capture, and the receipts go straight into expense reports.
