UScellular

UScellular is now part of T-Mobile, and uscellular.com forwards to T-Mobile. If your account has moved, sign in to the T-Life app or T-Mobile.com with a T-Mobile ID to review charges and download a detailed copy of your bill. Payments go through T-Life or T-Mobile.com, or by check to T-Mobile, P.O. Box 742596, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2596.

Your T-Mobile ID

Your UScellular username and password do not carry over. In many cases T-Mobile already created a T-Mobile ID from your UScellular details, using the mobile number or the email address on the old account. The Primary Account Holder also gets a T-Mobile account PIN, which T-Mobile suggests updating now.

Itemized bills

T-Life shows itemized charges and usage details at no extra cost. A printed detailed bill by mail can be requested for a $2 monthly charge, set in your billing preferences in T-Life or on T-Mobile.com.

Already had a T-Mobile account?

Your UScellular lines moved to a new T-Mobile account instead of joining your existing one. You now have two T-Mobile accounts and two separate bills, and both need downloading. AutoPay set up with UScellular carried over and charges two days before the due date.

Business accounts and Account Hub

UScellular business customers manage billing in T-Mobile for Business Account Hub. Register from the registration email, which is valid for 24 hours, or self-register if it expired. For most customers, legacy UScellular bills and call detail records are available in Account Hub; T-Mobile Customer Care helps if yours are missing. Accounts still waiting to migrate keep using UScellular tools until they receive a migration confirmation.

Accounts that did not move

Some UScellular accounts were not moved automatically and were cancelled instead. T-Mobile's FAQ for those customers says online access ended after August 28 and that the final bill serves as the official closure confirmation from UScellular. Keep that final bill with your records.

Paying a former UScellular bill and keeping AutoPay

Bills for moved accounts are now paid to T-Mobile. If AutoPay was on at UScellular, T-Mobile says it moved over and stays active, with nothing to re-enroll. Those payments now process two days before the due date. Review or change the payment method in the T-Life app or at T-Mobile.com, where a one-time payment also works.

Checks and money orders go to T-Mobile, P.O. Box 742596, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2596; allow at least five days for the mail. T-Mobile's Ways to pay page also lists store and Customer Care payments, each with a payment support fee that paying in T-Life avoids.

Because the account changed carriers, keep one bill from each side of the move. The last UScellular statement and the first T-Mobile bill together show the change in plan and price, which a card or bank line hides.

One set of phone records across two carriers

A carrier change is when bills go missing: the last UScellular statements sit in one place and the first T-Mobile bills in another. Connect your T-Mobile login and our AI agent saves each new bill through bill fetching, for both accounts if you now have two. Old UScellular bill emails still in your inbox can be filed with email receipt capture, and the phone bill keeps flowing into expense reports. Our T-Mobile bill guide walks through the T-Mobile screens.
