How to find Mint Mobile receipts and transaction history

Mint Mobile

Mint Mobile doesn't send a monthly bill. Proof of payment for plans, phones and renewals is the order confirmation email Mint sends right after each purchase. For a running list, open Transaction history in the Mint Mobile app or in your account at mintmobile.com.

Start with the confirmation email

Mint calls these transactional emails the best place to find receipts for plans, devices and renewals. Each one also carries your order number, which you can enter in Mint's online order lookup tool to view the plan transactions linked to it. Renewing every month means one email per renewal, and each one is worth keeping.

Transaction history in the app

  1. Log in to the Mint Mobile app.
  2. Tap Account in the bottom left corner.
  3. Scroll down to Payment.
  4. Tap Transaction history.

Transaction history on mintmobile.com

  1. Log in to your account at mintmobile.com.
  2. Scroll to My account in the left-hand rail.
  3. Click Transaction history.

What is listed, and what isn't

The history covers plan payments, phone payments, Minternational Pass payments, phone insurance, additional data, replacement SIMs and the MinTech Advisors subscription. Taxes and fees tied to your plan are not shown there.

The charges Mint breaks out

Mint lists its price in parts rather than folding everything into the plan. Subtotal is the plan you chose. The Recovery Fee helps recover Mint's administrative costs of complying with federal and state programs. Telecom Tax covers federal, state, county, city or district taxes on prepaid wireless service in your zip code. New York customers also pay the state's Public Safety Communications Surcharge, and Shipping & Handling appears only when a SIM has to be mailed. California's old Prepaid MTS Surcharge, collected from 2016 to 2018, has not applied since January 1, 2019.

Mint renewals filed as they happen

Since taxes and fees never appear in Transaction history, the order email Mint itself points you to is the record worth keeping for a business line. Email receipt capture picks up each Mint purchase and renewal email from your inbox. Connect your Mint account too, and our AI agent can save the Transaction history entries through bill fetching, ready for the expense report.
