Starlink keeps your bills in the Billing tab of your account on starlink.com. Statements there include downloadable subscription statements, shop invoices and Starlink Kit invoices, next to a Payment History listing each payment, its amount and status. In the Starlink app, open the menu at the top left and select Statements.
On starlink.com
- Log in to your Starlink account.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click through the pages to the statement you need.
- Select the download arrow to save the invoice.
Payment History sits on the same tab and also spans several pages. Click through them to reach older payments.
In the Starlink app
- Make sure you are logged in to the app.
- Tap the hamburger icon in the top left corner.
- Select Statements and choose the one to view.
Monthly statement emails
Statements are emailed automatically each month to the account's main user or users. Starlink can't yet send invoices to one specific user on a Business account. Make sure everyone who needs them is added as a user.
PDF or CSV
Residential and Business customers download a PDF. Enterprise customers can choose PDF, which is the official invoice with bank details, or CSV, which helps when working through service line data usage on a large invoice.
Business name and tax ID on invoices
On a Business account, invoices carry the business information and tax ID entered at sign up. Residential accounts can't add business details or a tax ID. For invoices in your company's name, create a Business account at starlink.com/business using the same email as your Residential account; hardware, service and other purchases on it are invoiced with the business information.
Starlink Kit and service, both on file
A Starlink setup produces two kinds of paperwork: the one-time Kit invoice and the monthly service statement. The monthly email reaches the account's main users, where email receipt capture files it. For the PDFs in the Billing tab, older Kit and shop invoices included, connect your Starlink account and our AI agent saves them through bill fetching. A cabin, RV or job site connection then shows up in the expense report with its invoice attached.
