Koodo keeps 18 months of bills in Self Serve. Log in, choose Billing from the Self Serve menu, then Bills and Download PDF Bills, and select the blue arrow beside the month you want. The bill downloads as a PDF.
This month's bill
- Log in to Self Serve.
- Select Self Serve at the top of the screen, then Billing.
- Select View PDF to open the latest bill, or Download bill (PDF) to save it.
Koodo also puts a Save to PDF button in the top right corner of the online bill.
Previous months
- From Billing, select Bills, then Download PDF Bills.
- Find the month and select the blue arrow beside it.
If several lines share the account, they all appear on one bill, which saves you from hunting through separate PDFs.
Bills older than 18 months
Self Serve stops at 18 months. For anything earlier, connect with a rep through Koodo Assist. Koodo charges $15 for each invoice a rep provides. Downloading each bill while it is still in Self Serve avoids that fee.
Your Tab is no longer on the PDF
Since July 5, 2020, the downloaded bill leaves out your Tab balance and Tab transactions. Those details live only on the Koodo Tab page in Self Serve. If you track a phone purchase for business, record the Tab separately from the bill.
Bill alerts
Koodo bills are paperless. A text, an email or both arrive two to three days after your bill date. To pick who gets them, open Billing, select Bills, then Bill notifications, and choose the phone numbers and email address. If alerts stop, check your notification set-up at koodo.com/ebillalert, look in your spam folder and confirm the email address in Self Serve is current. Paper bills are only offered on request through Koodo Assist, to seniors aged 65 or older, customers who self-identify as having a disability, and those without home internet or mobile data.
Paying your Koodo bill and pre-authorized payments
In Self Serve, select Pay now under Payment options, then Next, and pay from a chequing account, a Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit card, or a credit card. Koodo also takes payments through your bank or banking app, the automated phone system at *611 and clik2pay by Interac e-Transfer.
Pre-authorized payments, which Koodo also calls auto-pay, are set up online only:
- Log in to Self Serve, open the Self Serve menu and select My profile.
- Under Payment, beside Pre-authorized payments, select Manage.
- Choose the method, enter its details, select Next and then Submit.
Withdrawals come about 15 days before the end of the next billing cycle, and registration can take a full cycle. Customers who joined or changed plans from April 8, 2025 save $10 a month per eligible line with bank pre-authorized payments. That saving shows on the bill, which makes the PDF your proof of the net cost.
Koodo bills saved before the 18-month cut-off
A missing bill from two years ago is a $15 problem at Koodo. Connect Self Serve and our AI agent signs in each month, downloads the PDF and keeps it, through bill fetching. The bill-ready email lands in your inbox and email receipt capture uses it to confirm the month arrived. A work phone bill can go straight onto an expense report.
