Eastlink

To download a past Eastlink bill, log in to My Account for Internet, TV and Phone and select View Bill from the top menu. Use the Billing date drop-down to choose an earlier bill, then click View PDF to view, download or print it.

Home services and mobile are separate

If you bundle home services with Eastlink mobile, you receive two bills. Each has its own account number and billing cycle, and each has its own portal.

  • My Account (Internet, TV & Phone): register with the 16-digit account number and postal code from your home services bill.
  • Mobile My Account: register with your mobile number and the 10-digit account number from your mobile bill. It works in a browser and in the iPhone or Android app.

Home services bills, step by step

  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. Select View Bill from the top menu.
  3. Choose a date in the Billing date drop-down.
  4. Click View PDF, then download or print.

My Account has been rebuilt and may look different from before, but the bill tools carry over.

How E-Billing works

Once you register, Eastlink sends an E-Billing email each month when a new statement is generated. The statement itself stays on Eastlink's secure network and is not attached to the email. Customers over 65, people with accessibility needs and those without internet or mobile data can ask for paper bills at 1-888-345-1111.

To pay without signing in, Quick Pay takes your account number and billing postal code and handles a one-time payment or pre-authorized credit card payments.

How long records last

Eastlink's customer records page gives these windows:

  • Home phone records: the past 82 months while service is active.
  • Home services My Account access: up to 85 days after you disconnect.
  • Mobile records: the past 36 months while the account is active.

A reprint is generally $5 per bill. Download everything you need before you cancel.

Paying Eastlink bills and setting up pre-authorized payments

For home services, use Pay Bill in My Account or Quick Pay with the 16-digit account number and billing postal code. Mobile bills are paid in the Mobile My Account app. Both can go through the automated line at 1-888-345-1111, or online banking with Eastlink (home) or Eastlink Wireless (mobile) as the payee.

Pre-authorized payments run on a Canadian Visa or Mastercard or a bank account. For home services:

  1. Sign in to My Account and open Billing Preferences on the Dashboard.
  2. Select Enroll Now and choose Credit Card or Bank Account.
  3. Enter the details, review and submit.

In the mobile app, the same setting sits under Account, then Payment Information. Either way it starts next billing cycle; pay the current bill yourself. Eligible plans earn $10 a month off mobile and $5 off home services. Keep both monthly bills: the discount and the HST appear there, never on the withdrawal.

Two portals and two billing cycles mean Eastlink bills rarely arrive together. Connect both My Account logins and our AI agent signs in to each, saves the PDFs and keeps them after the 85-day post-cancellation window, through bill fetching. The monthly E-Billing emails are caught by email receipt capture, and both bills land in your tax records.
