How to pay and download a Frontier bill

To pay a Frontier bill without signing in, use Express Pay at frontier.com/expresspay with your account number and your email or ZIP code. Signed-in customers select Make a Payment from the My Bills tile. Past bills are under Go to My Billing, then Manage statements in the Statements tile.
Frontier is now part of Verizon
Frontier's own help pages now carry the logo "Frontier, a Verizon Company" and a Verizon copyright line. A Frontier bulletin to wholesale customers dated January 20, 2026 says the acquisition had closed and that day-to-day operations and current terms were unchanged. Your Frontier login, account number and bills stay where they were.
Every way to pay a Frontier bill
- Express Pay: no sign-in, just the account number plus email or ZIP code.
- MyFrontier app: one-time payments, which you can schedule up to 45 days ahead.
- Automated phone line: 800-917-7489, with your 17-digit account number. Frontier charges nothing on this line, and the payment posts immediately.
- Mail: a check or money order to Frontier, PO Box 740407, Cincinnati, OH 45247-0407, with the 17-digit number on the "For" line. Mail is free and posts after 5:30 p.m. on the day it arrives.
- In person: cash, check or money order at an authorized location found through the CheckFreePay locator. That route costs $1.50 and posts the next business day.
Turning on Auto Pay
Auto Pay accepts a bank account, a debit card or a major credit card. Sign in, open My Bills, select Go to My Billing and then Manage payment methods to add one. Frontier says automatic payments begin right away unless the current bill is due within 24 hours, in which case pay that one by hand. Auto Pay does not stop the monthly statement: Frontier still issues it, and that statement, not the bank line, is the record to keep.
Finding past Frontier bills
- Sign in on frontier.com.
- Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile to see the balance and bill details.
- Select Manage statements in the Statements tile to open earlier bills.
In the MyFrontier app, tap Billing for the current bill and Activity for scheduled and past payments.
Paper bill fee
Internet customers who still get paper pay up to $4.50 a month for it. Paperless billing is free: in the app, select Manage and turn on the Paperless toggle; on the web, choose Enroll in Paperless on the "Paperless Billing is off" tile.
Frontier statements filed for you
Home internet that doubles as an office line means twelve Frontier statements to pull every year. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to your Frontier account each cycle, saves the new statement and files it. Bills that reach your inbox can go through email receipt capture instead, and either way they are ready for tax time.
