How to get a Quantum Fiber invoice
Founder & CEO, Smartbills

Quantum Fiber invoices sit next to each payment. On the website, select Billing, find the payment under My Payments and select View invoice details. In the app, tap Billing Information, scroll to Payment history and tap a date. Quantum Fiber says two years of invoices are available after you sign in.
Quantum Fiber is now an AT&T business
AT&T completed its purchase of Lumen's consumer fiber business, Quantum Fiber included, on February 2, 2026. The quantumfiber.com support pages now show AT&T branding in the header and footer. The billing steps on those pages are unchanged.
How paying works: prepaid and automatic
There is no bill to pay by hand in the usual sense. Quantum Fiber describes the service as automatically prepaid every month. The first automatic payment runs one month after your service start date and then recurs on that same date; the date cannot be moved. Accepted methods are a bank account transfer, a Mastercard, Visa or Discover card, or PayPal.
Five days before each payment you get an email notice, and after the charge goes through you get a receipt by email. Each month an electronic statement is issued as well. Keep that statement or the invoice detail page rather than the card line; only the invoice breaks out the service, equipment and taxes.
Changing the card or bank on file
On the website, go to Billing and click Update Payment Method. In the app, tapping Billing Information sends you to the website to finish the change.
When a payment fails
A failed charge triggers an email on the due date and another 24 hours later. With no action within 48 hours of the due date, Quantum Fiber sends a suspension notice. Signing in and updating the payment method restores service.
Two years of invoices, then gone
The app lists the last two years of invoices. If you work from home and claim part of the connection, export each month inside that window: once an invoice ages out, the help pages do not offer another way to get it.
Quantum Fiber invoices kept for you
The receipt email arrives every month on the same date, which makes it easy to catch. Forward those emails into email receipt capture, or let bill fetching sign in to your Quantum Fiber account and save each invoice page for you. Either way the records are ready for tax season.
